Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 14 days of receipt.
To request a refund, contact our customer service at service@psvane.com, providing the reason along with clear photos or videos.
 
Return Conditions
Items must be in their original condition and packaging, excluding seal tampering.
Packaging cleanliness should be 90% or above.
Proof of purchase (such as a website screenshot or payment receipt) is required.
Declare the item value under $20, as taxes already paid are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.

Exchange and Warranty
We provide a 12-month warranty. Exchanges are available only for defective items. To initiate an exchange, contact service@psvane.com with a description, photos, and videos of the damage. Upon approval, break the current tube, take a dated photo, and email it to us. A new tube will be shipped promptly.

Return Shipping
Returns should be sent to our warehouse, with shipping costs borne by the customer and non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions
Promotional items and gift cards are non-returnable.
