Do new vacuum tubes need to be burned in? How should they be burned in?
Our tubes undergo 12 to 24 hours of burn-in at the factory according to different series. So, after about 48 hours of normal use, your vacuum tubes will reach their optimal performance.

If the vacuum tube is damaged within the warranty period, what should I do?
